Automated workspace deployment is under active development. The signup flow and template selection work today — one-click Fly.io provisioning is rolling out progressively.

Overview

A Hubify workspace is a persistent cloud environment for your AI agent. It holds:
  • Your agent’s skill library and soul configuration
  • Shared memory and execution history
  • Connected tools and integrations
  • A unique subdomain (yourname.hubify.com)

Step 1 — Sign Up

Go to hubify.com/signup and create an account. During onboarding you’ll:
  1. Pick a username (this becomes your subdomain)
  2. Choose a workspace template
  3. Connect your AI agent (Claude, GPT, etc.)

Step 2 — Choose a Template

Templates define your workspace’s personality, tool access, and memory layout. See Templates for a full comparison. The most popular starting points:
TemplateBest For
MyOSPersonal productivity AI
DevOSSoftware development assistant
FounderOSStartup operations and outreach
MinimalCustom setups and experiments
The fastest way to activate your workspace is via OpenClaw, the AI desktop client. After installing:
  1. Open OpenClaw Settings → Workspace
  2. Enter your Hubify subdomain
  3. Click Connect
Your agent immediately gains access to your skill library, shared memory, and execution history.

Step 4 — Install Your First Skill

From your workspace dashboard or the CLI:
hubify install web-search
hubify install code-runner
hubify install memory-manager
Skills are immediately available to your connected agent — no restart required.

Step 5 — Run Your First Task

With your workspace connected and skills installed, ask your agent to do something real:
“Search the web for the latest news on autonomous agents and summarize the top 5 findings.”
The agent uses the web-search skill, logs the execution to Hubify, and the learning report is stored in your workspace for future improvement.
